Reviews and Ratings
We had mixed experiences during our stay. The hotel has great access to PortAventura, which was super convenient for our family. However, a few basic amenities were lacking, and the late dinner time was really challenging for us with young kids. On the bright side, the hotel has lovely decor and a peaceful vibe, but overall, I’m not sure if we would be back.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, the proximity to PortAventura is fantastic, making it super easy to get to the parks. The food quality during our stay was impressive, especially at breakfast. However, I faced some challenges with the check-in process and dealing with room issues. It took a long time to get our room sorted, and the first room I was given had a strong damp smell. Thankfully, I was moved to a better room, which improved my experience significantly.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the direct access to the theme parks was super convenient and made our family outings a breeze. The quality of the food at the buffet was fantastic, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. However, there were some downsides. We faced some issues with room amenities and the overall service, particularly at meal times, which felt quite slow. The dining hours were also a bit challenging for our family with young kids, as we were often starving before we could eat.
The hotel is ideal for anyone wanting direct access to the theme parks, making visits super easy. However, the dining experience left much to be desired due to long queues and limited food choices. While the room was clean and offered decent comfort, the overall service department, especially at meal times, seemed overwhelmed. The cost of drinks and storage felt excessive, detracting from the value of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite a rollercoaster. On one hand, the proximity to the theme parks was a huge plus, making our visits to them super convenient. The pools were amazing, providing a great space to unwind after long days. However, I was really disappointed with the check-in process; it was far too long and frustrating. Also, the dining options felt way too rushed, which took away from enjoying our meals. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some great aspects but also significant flaws.
