We had mixed experiences during our stay. The hotel has great access to PortAventura, which was super convenient for our family. However, a few basic amenities were lacking, and the late dinner time was really challenging for us with young kids. On the bright side, the hotel has lovely decor and a peaceful vibe, but overall, I’m not sure if we would be back.

The food quality during our stay was impressive, especially at breakfast. However, I faced some challenges with the check-in process and dealing with room issues. It took a long time to get our room sorted, and the first room I was given had a strong damp smell. Thankfully, I was moved to a better room, which improved my experience significantly.
